Apple Cake
recipe from Nancy Kohrs

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
4 tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
5 cups apples diced finely
1/2 cup chopped nuts


Cream sugar and oil. Add ingredients and beat after each one. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 375° for 35 minutes.
