Apple Butter Pie

Apple Butter Pie
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
3/4 cup apple butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups milk
1 unbaked pie shell.
Preheat oven to 350º F
Mix all ingredients except pie shell until smooth and creamy. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º F. for about one hour.
