Apple Cinnamon Muffins
2 Cups Bisquik
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Egg
2 T. Vegetable Oil
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Apple Pie Filling
1 t. Cinnamon
2 T. All-Purpose Flour
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper liners.
Beat milk, egg, and oil together in mixing bowl. Stir in remaining dry ingredients, just utnil moistened. Fold in apple pie filling. Fill muffin cups approximately 1/2 full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
