Apple Cinnamon Cake
1 (2 layer) spice or yellow cake mix
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend first 3 ingredients together in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in a greased 9x13 pan; sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and sugar mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Makes 12 servings.
