Terrific Tuna Salad

2 (6 oz.) cans all-white tuna
1-2 Tbl. relish (to taste)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard (to taste)
2-3 Tbl. mayonnaise (to taste)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup grapes, halved
Drain tuna and mix with relish, mayonnaise, and mustard, tasting as you go to determine how sweet/tangy/creamy you like it. Mix in the sunflower seeds and grapes. Make sandwiches or serve plain.
