Nutty Tuna Salad Pitas

1 (6 oz.) can tuna in water -- drained and chopped
3/4 cup feta cheese -- crumbled
1/3 cup celery -- thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple -- diced
1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon -- chopped
salt and pepper -- to taste
2 pita bread -- halved
2 cups leaf lettuce


In a medium mixing bowl, combine tuna, feta, celery, apples, nuts, and tarragon; mix well.
Stir in salt and pepper. Line each pita bread pocket with 1/2 cup leaf lettuce, fill with 1/4 cup tuna mixture.
