Quick and Simple Cioppino
1 or more quarts of your favorite meatless red sauce
1 pound shellfish and/or fish for each quart sauce
Heat the sauce to a simmer. Toss in the seafood, slowest cooking first. Serve over pasta or in a bowl with crusty Italian bread.
