Shrimp Rounds

3/4 lb peeled, deveined and cooked shrimp
18 1/2 inch thick baguette bread slices, toasted on both sides
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese
2 T minced celery
1 T minced onion
2 T mayo
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
1/8 tsp salt
dash of ground pepper
fresh dill sprigs


Cut nine shrimp in half lengthwise and set aside. Dice the remaining shrimp. Stir together shrimp, cheese and next 6 ingredients; spread on toasted bread slices.

Bake at 350 for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Top each with a shrimp half, garnish with a sprig of dill.
