Smoked Salmon Sandwiches
1/4 cup softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
5 oz smoked salmon, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tsp capers, drained and chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add chopped salmon, dill, caper and lemon juice and mix well. Use as a filling for bread rolls, bagels or croissants.
