Salmon Steak in Orange Honey Marinade

1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons peanut oil
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 salmon steaks
In 1 quart bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon steaks.
Place salmon steaks in shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over salmon steaks; cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Grill salmon, on uncovered grill, 6 inches above hot coals for 5 minutes. Carefully turn salmon steaks, brush with marinade and grill 5 minutes longer or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.
