2 large pieces mahi-mahi
salt and pepper
1/2 cup cooking sherry
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion -- chopped
bread crumbs
margarine
Place fish in shallow dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; marinate in sherry in refrigerator 1 hr.
Line a baking pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Mix mayo with onion. Place fish in pan and spread with mayo mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with margarine.
Bake at 425 degrees 20 min. or until fish flakes easily.
