Old Bay Crab Cakes
from the Old Bay seasoning can
1 pound crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread with crusts removed, then moisten with milk
Mix all ingredients and shape into cakes, pan fry until brown.
