Creamy Egg Salad

3 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup green pepper -- finely chopped
1/4 cup celery -- finely chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons minced parsley
8 hard-cooked eggs -- chopped
Beat cream cheese, mayo, salt and pepper until smooth. Add green pepper, celery, relish and parsley; fold in eggs. Chill until ready to serve, on toast or in tomato cups.
