Boiled: Eggs Newport

Eggs Newport
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
1 cup mayonnaise
6 hardboiled eggs, sliced
8 pieces of bacon, crumbled
Chives-optional
English muffins
Mix first 6 ingredients in a large casserole dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve over toasted English muffins. This is my sister-inlaw's recipe and is now a Christmas morning favorite at our house. Serves 4-6. Recipe may be doubled
