Quick Root Beer

Quick Root Beer
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp root beer concentrate
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
In a tall glass dissolve the sugar in the water. Stir in the root beer concentrate, baking soda, and cream of tarter. Add ice and serve
