Cider: Hot Apple Pie

"Hot Apple Pie" or "Autumn Mist"
2 - 4 cinnamon sticks, broken
1 Tablespoon whole allspice
1 quart apple cider
3/4 Cup applejack or other apple brandy


Heat cider and spices slowly over low heat. Add Applejack.
