Chocolate: World's Best Hot Chocolate

World's Best Hot Chocolate
4 liter Homogenized Milk
1 Lliter 35% Cream
1 pkg Semi sweet chocolate chips 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 pkg Milk chocolate chips
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
Combine milk and cream in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Immediately remove from heat.
Slowly add in chocolate chips in 1/2 cup measurements
stirring and melting them into the hot liquid. Add cinnamon. Taste after each addition until you reach desired sweetness and flavour.
Pour into mugs and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, chocolate shavings, a cinnamon stick and one fresh cranberry.
