After Dinner Lemon Freeze
1 pint vanilla icecream, softened at room temp for 20 minutes or so
7 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup vodka
In a blender, mix the ice cream, lemon juice, and vodka til smooth and pourable, 30-60 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
