Creamy Beef and Cheese Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
4 oz. dried beef, chopped fine
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped coarse
1/2 cup sour cream or cottage cheese
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. pepper
Mix cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
