1 pound corned beef -- chopped
4 cups Cheddar cheese -- shredded
4 cups Swiss cheese -- shredded
2 cups sauerkraut -- drained
1 cup mayonnaise


Mix together and bake at 350F degrees until bubbly (about 15 - 20 minutes).
