Creamy Layered Bean Dip

8 oz. package light cream cheese, softened
8 oz. carton light sour cream
1 can 98% fat-free refried beans
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 bunch green onions sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1-2 diced seeded tomatoes
Cream the cream cheese and sour cream together. Add taco seasoning and stir in the beans.
Put half the bean mixture in a greased oven-proof baking dish, layer 1/2 the cheese and onions on top, add remainder of beans and put the rest of cheese and green onions on top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with chopped tomatoes and serve with tortilla chips or Frito scoops.
