Bean: Bean Dip

Bean Dip
2 (1 lb.) cans refried beans
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can hot jalapeno relish or taco sauce (relish is better but hard to find)
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Mix and heat in microwave until cheese is melted. Stir. Serve with tortilla chips.
