Frozen Strawberry Yogurt

Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt
1 tspn. unflavoured gelatine
1 Tbsp boiling water
1 cup Strawberries
3 tspns powdered sweetener (as above)
1 cup plain low fat yoghurt.
Blend all ingredients except yoghurt until smooth, fold in yoghurt. Pour into a non-metallic dish and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes to break up the ice crystals until almost solid (or place in an ice cream machine if you have one). Store, covered in freezer until ready to serve. Get out a little before service time to allow to soften slightly.
