Brandy Alexander Parfaits
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 Tblsp. creme de cacao
2 Tblsp. brandy
1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped
shaved chocolate
In a large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, creme de cacao and brandy. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture in parfait glasses. Garnish with chocolate and freeze two hours or until firm.
