Bread Pudding: "Good Save" Bread Pudding

"Good Save" Bread Pudding
1 loaf bad zucchini bread, flat cake, raisin bread, anything that will slice...
1 cup half and half
4 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Slice bread about 1" thick and break slices into fairly large pieces. Place pieces in 9 x 13" baking pan (sprayed with Pam). Combine all ingredients and pour over the bread. Top with a mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Dot with butter and bake at 375° for one hour.
