1 (8 ounces) block of soft cream cheese (yields four 2 oz. servings):

1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/4 cup crushed pineapple (canned, juice-packed)
10 green or ripe olives, chopped
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 ounces salmon, shredded (canned, water-packed)
1/4 cup fresh carrots, bell peppers, or onion, shredded
2 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
