Cheese: Home Cooked Cheese

Home Cooked Cheese (Koch Kaase)
1 stick oleo
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk, heated
Caraway or dill seed
Melt oleo and cheese over low heat, stirring constantly. Add flour and milk. Cook until smooth. Add caraway or dill seed as desired. This is good on party rye bread or homemade bread.
