Chili Cheese Balls

Get rid of stress in your kitchen by using stress balls while cooking. And don't forget about our other promotional products including personalized coolers to keep all your food staying fresh!

Chili Cheese Balls
(Makes 3 1/2 To 4 Dozen)

3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. grated Fontina cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. chili powder, divided


Combine Monterey Jack cheese, Fontina cheese, cream cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder with 2 teaspoons chili powder and shape into bite-size balls.

Sprinkle remaining chili powder in large bowl. Add cheese balls and toss gently to coat. Chill.

Delicious with dried figs and apricots and chilled white wine.
