Butter: Orange Butter by Becky

Orange Butter
Source: Kentucky Kitchens, vol. 1

1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tsp. grated orange peel

Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in corn syrup. Stir in orange peel.
