Beef In Wine Sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (10-3/4 oz) can Golden Mushroom soup
1 small can (4oz) mushrooms, drained
1 cup red wine
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 lbs. beef stew meat
Mix all ingredients except meat. Place meat in Dutch oven or crockpot. Pour sauce over meat and mix well. Bake at 350 for 3 hours or cook in a crockpot for 10-12 hours.
