Beef: Herbed Roast

Herbed Roast
Beef Roast -- trimmed
1 package dry Ranch dressing
1 package dry Italian dressing
Water
Brown the roast. In a cup of water, dissolve the dry dressings. Place roast in the crockpot. Pour water with dressings into the crockpot. Add enough water to almost cover the roast. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then on LOW for 6-8 hours.
