Crockpot Simple Swiss Steak
2 large cubed steaks, cut in half
15 oz can tomato sauce
14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
6 oz can tomato paste
Pour tomato sauce in bottom of crock pot; spread to coat bottom evenly. Lay steaks on top of sauce. Pour stewed tomatoes over steak. Cook on low 4 - 6 hours.
Turn crock to high and add tomato paste in clumps around meat. Cook 30 mins. more and gently stir sauce to mix in paste. Serve with rice.
