Corned Beef in the Crockpot

Corned Beef in the Crockpot

2 (3 lb.) or more Corned Beef Brisket's (If you buy the already seasoned kind don't add the next 3 ingredients. Start with cabbage down.)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges
3 cubed potatoes
3 sliced carrots


Place corned beef in crockpot. Barely cover with water. Add onion, garlic, and bay leaves. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.

Use one brisket with fixin's for dinner. Save next brisket for the following day to make Reuben Sandwiches (See archives-“Sandwiches”)
