Corned Beef and Cabbage
Serves: 4
1 Corned Beef brisket
1 T. minced onion
1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. bay leaves
1 cabbage
6 potatoes - peeled & quartered
water
Put meat and spices in a crock pot. Add water to cover the meat about 4 cups. cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Strain the liquid and put in a pot add the cabbage and potatoes. Boil for 30 min. add the meat and serve.
