1-2 lbs. stew meat or round steak cut into serving size
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg.onion soup mix
sliced fresh or canned mushrooms (optional)
a splash of wine (optional)
Cook on low all day in a crockpot and serve over rice, noodles or potatoes. Can be done in the oven, too.
