Smores

Graham crackers
Peanuts
Miniature marshmallowa
Chocolate chips
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line bottom of cookie sheet with graham crackers and pour as much peanuts, miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips as desired.

In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Cook until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over crackers and bake at 350º F. (180º C) for 12 minutes. When cool, cut into 2-inch squares.




Indoor Smores

1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 cups honey graham cereal
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows


Bring corn syrup and butter to boil. Add chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts; add cereal and stir. Add marshmallows; stir. Put in square pan, covered with foil pressed together. Let set for about an hour and cut into bars. Warning: Start in a big pan (3 quarts).




Microwave Smores
(Microwave)
For Each Serving:

2 graham cracker squares
1 large bag marshmallows
1/4 milk chocolate bar


Place 1 graham cracker on a paper napkin to keep cracker crisp. Top with a chocolate piece and a marshmallow; microwave at High until marshmallow puffs, about 15 to 25 seconds. Top with other cracker square; let stand for 1 minute, so heat from marshmallow can melt chocolate.




Pull Apart Smores

peanut butter
12 graham crackers, broken into squares
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/3 cups M&M's plain chocolate candies


Preheat the broiler. Spread peanut butter lightly over each graham cracker; arrange the crackers in rows in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 -inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle the marshmallows and then the candies over all. Place the pan 6-inches below the broiler and cook until the marshmallows are lightly browned and softened, 1 to 3 minutes. Lightly press the candies into the melted marshmallows. Serve immediately. Makes 12 large
