Chewy Cheesecake Bars
1 Box Pillsbury Supreme Yellow Cake Mix (has Pudding in the mix)
3 Eggs, divided
1 Stick (1/4 lb/8 Tbsp) Butter (softened)
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (16 oz.) Box 10x Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
Mix cake mix, 1 egg (beaten) and softened butter together. Add nuts. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Set aside.
Mix remaining 2 eggs, softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour this mixture over top of mix in 9 x13 in pan. Spread evenly. Bake at 300º for 1 hour. Cool Completely then cut into small squares.
