Beef: Hungry Boy's Casserole

Hungry Boy’s Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sliced celery
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 can (1 lb.) pork and beans
1 (1 lb.) can lima beans
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef, celery, onion, green pepper, garlic, and salt until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in pork and beans, lima beans (with liquid), and tomato paste. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
