Crunchy Peanut Bark
2 pounds white confectionery coating*
1 cup peannut butter
3 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Place confectionery coating in a large microwave-safe bowl microwave until melted about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper or divide between two greased 9-in square pans. Yield: 10 dozen * Almond bark or candy coating
