Bark Peppermint Bark

Peppermint Bark

1 lb white chocolate
1/2 cup peppermint candy- finely crushed
4-7 drops red food coloring


Microwave chocolate until melted.

Stir in peppermint candy and food coloring.

Spread on foil lined cookie sheet (shiny side up). Let set, then break into pieces.
