Cajun Pork Roast

1 Pork shoulder roast, or other cut
2 tbls each: salt, pepper, garlic, hot peppers, and olive oil
1 bottle Tiger SauceŽ


Cut garlic and peppers into slivers.

Stab roast deeply with knife and insert pieces of garlic & hot peppers into holes all over.

Rub all over with salt & pepper.

Place in zip lock bag & pour Tiger Sauce all over.

Marinate overnight.

Roast at 325° F. for at least three hours, or longer, depending on size of roast, until very tender.

Slice up and serve.

Can also be done in the crockpot.

Note: Try roast cold & shredded next day for sandwiches with coleslaw.
