Sausage Rolls
The Wilson House Inn Bed and Breakfast
2-1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 pound package of hot lean sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 pound Velveeta processed cheese
Soften cheese enough to mix with sausage. Then add baking mix and mix by hand until thoroughly combined. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on a cookie sheets that have been lightly sprayed with non-stick spray, approximately 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned (approximately 12 to 15 minutes).
