ABM Pumpernickel Bread

2 1/2 tsp........... 2 tsp .......yeast
1 1/2 c ............ 1 c ........ bread flour
1 1/2 c .............1 c ........rye flour
1 1/2 tsp .......... 1 tsp ...... salt
1 tbsp ............. 2 tsp .......caraway seeds
1 tbsp ..............1 tbsp....... butter
4 tbsp ..............2 1/2 tbsp.....molasses
6 1/2 oz ............ 4 1/2 oz.... .warm water


For Panasonic/National machines, use 4 tsp yeast for the 1 1/2 lb loaf For Dak/Welbuilt use 7 1/2 oz warm water for 1 1/2 lb loaf

Makes 1 loaf
