3/4 cup water -- lukewarm
3 cups white bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup beaten egg
3/4 teaspoon lemon zest -- fresh
1 teaspoon vanilla extract -- pure
1/3 cup potato flakes -- dried
3 tablespoons frozen pineapple concentrate -- thawed
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions. Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
