Cinnamon Raisin Bread
1 Package Yeast
3 Cups Bread Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 1/4 Cups Warm Milk
2/3 Cups Raisins
In the order listed above, put all the ingredients into the pan, select white bread and push "Start".
Or you can wait till the Beep, Beep, Beep to add the Raisins that way the raisins stay whole. That's what I did.
