Black Walnut-Banana Bread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 1/4 c. bread flour
2 tbs. unsalted butter
1 small banana -- sliced
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp milk
1 large egg
1/2 c. chopped black walnuts or pecans
Add the flour, butter, banana,sugar,salt,yeast,water, milk,and egg to bread machine.
Process the ingredients according to your manufacturer's instructions for a basic bread setting or a raisin bread setting.
Add the nuts to the dough at the beginning of the second kneading cycle of the machine.
