Absolutely Apricot Bread
Recipes are for a 1 lb and a l 1/2 lb loaf
1 lb loaf-----------------1/2 lb loaf
yeast 2 t.----------------3 t.
dry milk 1 T.------------2 T.
bread flour 2 c.----------3 c.
salt 1 t.------------------1 1/2 t.
butter 1 T.---------------2 T.
apricot jam 3 T.---------1/4 c.
dried apricots 1/2 c.-----3/4 c. CHOPPED
water 3/4 c.-------------1 1/4 c.
Use light crust setting. Delayed timer mode okay.
**I added 3 T. sugar to my 1 1/2 lb loaf when I was dumping in the ingredients.
