BBQ Baked Beans by Casha
Ingredients:
4 -6 slices of bacon
l medium onion diced
1/2 cup catsup
3 tablespoons mustard (plain old yellow mustard)
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons of molasses (optional)
Preheat oven to 325.
Saute onions with bacon until golden or transparent and tender.
Stir until hot and well blended. Put cooked white beans, drained, into casserole and add ingredients from frying pan.
Mix in sugar and molasses and place in oven and bake about two hours.
