Crab Melt Always by Leigh
Spread:
1 7 oz. can crabmeat, rinse and drain
1 stick softened margarine
1 5 oz. jar Old English Sharp Cheddar
2 T. mayonnaise
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/2 t. garlic salt
12 English Muffins, slice in 1/2
Mix all ingredients except muffins.
Spread on muffin 1/2's. Cut into 1/4's. Freeze at least 30 min. or
overnight (covered).
Preheat Broiler.
Remove from freezer and broil until they puff up, are bubbly and slightly
brown. Serve hot.
