Bacon: Bacon Roll Ups

Bacon Roll Ups
6 oz cream cheese with chives
25 pieces of sandwich bread
1 Tbl. milk
25 pieces bacon, cut in halves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine milk, and cheese, stir to spreading consistency. Spread about 2 tsp. on each side of bread (thinly). Cut in 2 pieces. Roll bread, like a jelly roll and wrap with bacon.
Place on broiler pan seam side down. Bake 350 for approx. 30 min. or until bacon is browned slightly.
These freeze well, thaw before cooking.
Makes 50.
